Attorney Lisa M. Bradshaw is pleased to assist you with the following types of legal matters:

  • Estate planning, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and trusts;
  • Real estate transactions, including residential closings and commercial closings; and
  • Business planning and commercial transactions, including creating corporations and LLCs, drafting and negotiating contracts, and handling commercial closings.

Professional History

Ms. Bradshaw is originally from California. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, Virginia, where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in History and Classical Languages in 2004. As part of her undergraduate degree, she spent her junior year abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

Ms. Bradshaw served in the U.S. Army as a paralegal from 2010 to 2015; her service included a twelve-month deployment to Afghanistan with the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade out of Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii. She obtained her law degree at the T.C. Williams School of Law (now known as the University of Richmond School of Law) in 2022 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar later that year.

Community Involvement and Personal Interests

In her spare time, you will find Ms. Bradshaw spending time with her family. She enjoys decorating, reading, and watching documentaries.

Ms. Bradshaw resides in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

Office Locations

Ms. Bradshaw maintains regular office hours in the Blackstone office, although she may be available to meet in other locations upon request.
